How do I join a course?
Create a free account with your name and phone number, open the course and press "Enroll on WhatsApp". WhatsApp opens with a ready-made message — send it, pay, and we unlock the course on your account. You will see it under My learning.
How do I pay?
By M-Pesa, Mixx by Yas, Airtel Money or bank transfer. After you send your enrolment message on WhatsApp we reply with the payment details. Send us the payment message and your reference number, and your course opens.
Do you offer group discounts or kit delivery?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp for group prices and delivery of the starter kit in Dar es Salaam and beyond.
What does "Reserve my place" mean?
Some courses are still being filmed. Reserve your place and you will be among the first to get access on launch day.
Learning
How long can I watch the lessons?
For life. Pay once and come back to the lessons whenever you like — to practise again before a big order, for example.
I have never decorated a cake. Can I still join?
Yes. The courses are designed for beginners and start from the very basics. Start with Cake Baking Basics, or try the free taster lesson first.
Which language are the lessons in?
Video lessons are in English with subtitles in English and Swahili.
Can I watch on my phone?
Yes — the Academy is made for phones. You only need an internet connection. Lessons are short, so they are easy to watch during a break.
Can I download the videos?
Videos are watched online, any time, on your account. Recipe guides and notes can be downloaded. To protect our work, videos show your name and cannot be downloaded or shared.
Can I share my account with a friend?
No — each account is for one person and can be signed in on a limited number of phones at a time. Ask us on WhatsApp about group prices instead.
Are the recipes egg-based?
Yes. All recipes use traditional egg-based methods unless a lesson says otherwise.
Projects & certificates
Will I get a certificate?
Yes, with the Pro Certification and Complete Baking Experience packages. Finish every lesson, pass the quizzes and have your projects marked, and your certificate appears in your account. Anyone can check it on our website.
How are projects marked?
You bake the project cake and send photos from the lesson screen. Tiffany's team marks it against a simple checklist and writes you feedback. If you do not pass the first time, you can try again.
